Since summer is getting close, and a lot of people are thinking about going to the gym to hide the crime of eating during the winter, we’d like to remind you of the usual characters you might meet in every gym:
The Selfie Addict
Some people go to the gym to build an athletic body, or to get rid of excess weight, or even to improve their health… but there are other people for whom the gym is basically an intense selfie photo session. Between every exercise and the next, he has to take a bunch of selfies to document this great event.
The Mirror Lover
It’s normal to monitor the progress you’re making with training… but it’s certain that this progress won’t happen suddenly after every workout. Yet you’ll find people spending their time in the gym showing themselves off in front of the mirrors after every weight they lift.
The Check-In Chaser
Some people go to the gym just to do a check-in or post their photo on Facebook.
The Opera and Sound Effects Lover
Starting from “Bravo,” “That’s it,” and “God bless you,” all the way to some sounds that censorship wouldn’t allow, whenever he lifts any weights—even if it’s half a kilo.
The Peacock
And this is our friend who walks around the gym showing off his biceps, triceps, and six-pack, as if he conquered Jerusalem. Without using a single machine… and walking around giving advice to everyone… “Don’t lift the weight like that, lift it like this!”
So, which type do you hate the most… and are there other types you meet at the gym?
